The brewing kit comes with 250 grams of pulped natural organic coffee from Yunnan and the sleek brewer pictured below. You can buy the brewing kit instore at Sumerian Coffee or through the delivery site Sherpas for a special price ¥198 only.

Cold-brewed coffee is smooth, naturally sweet and less acidic than coffee brewed with hot water. It has a luminous clarity and an electrifying zing that makes you want more.  The method is simple, add ground coffee and water to the brewer, then place in the refrigerator.

相对热的手冲，冷萃咖啡的口感会更加的顺滑，甘甜且酸度低，它具有明亮的口感让你忍不住想要再来一杯，制作它的流程也非常简单，把磨好的咖啡粉和水加入冷萃瓶中放入冰箱即可。

Sumerian Coffee recommends using a 1:10 ratio, one part water for every 10 grams of coffee.  Next, put the brewer in the refrigerator for 14 hours, then pour over ice for a crisp, refreshing coffee. Store the brew in your refrigerator for up to 3-days.

冲泡的时候建议按照1:10的比例，每10克咖啡加一份水。接着，把冷萃瓶在冰箱里先放置14个小时，然后将咖啡倒在冰上，得到一杯清凉爽口的咖啡。在14小时的冷泡过程中产生了神奇的化学反应，Sumerian云南豆的坚果，巧克力，奶油味被凸显的更加明显，且口感清澈干净，可以点亮你整个夏天的味蕾。

注意：冷萃瓶在冰箱中最多存放3天哦。

Sumerian Coffee recommends using a single origin, coarsely ground bean. A single origin coffee enhances and highlights its specific characteristics, and washed processing makes it taste brighter and refreshing on your palate.  A finely ground coffee will be more acidic than coarsely ground. You can adjust the grind to your preference, but Sumerian Coffee recommends a coarse grind.
