The COVID Recap: 13 New COVID Cases in Shanghai

On the morning of October 21st, the Shanghai Health Commission reported 0 local COVID-19 case, 13 local asymptomatic cases, and 33 imported cases were detected, including 31 asymptomatic cases.

Yay, today is a good day. We have some positive pandemic news for you. The city’s COVID Prevention & Control Task Force has announced that 16 areas spanning from Huangpu to Putuo will no longer be under elevated risk control and 5 additional areas will implement normalization prevention and control measures. The risk levels of other areas in Shanghai remain unchanged.
