Kamigyou offers a fusion cuisine of Asian and international specialties. Chef & Co-Owner Carson, who has studied and worked in France for many years, has developed innovative recipes for Kamigyou by combining Eastern and Western flavours and culinary techniques. The fusion dish “Slow-Roast Black Pork Ribs with Herbs” was one of Carson’s first forays into experimentation and led him to continue developing and tweaking his fusion style until the current menu was formed!

Huang Ting introduces new decorative embellishments, recreating the courtyards of Beijing’s traditional noble houses. The décor features grey brick walls, slate floors, and aged pine, ivory and blue silk highlights and an impressive collection of antiques, most dating from the Qing dynasty (1644 – 1911)。
