Temporary vaccine sites will be suspended or closed in July

You might have already seen the news.

There are all sorts of awesome perks for those who get their Covid-19 vaccine in June in Shanghai including: concert tickets, Disneyland tickets, Huawei phones, shopping cards, and more!

If you don’t get your shot in June, there will be changes to vaccine sitesthat you should be aware of starting in July.

Starting from July 1st, temporary vaccine sites in certain street communities will be suspended or closed and there will be only one to two major vaccine sites for each district in Shanghai.

Huangpu District

Only one vaccine site open from July 1st.

Shanghai Huangpu district decided to suspend all the temporary vaccine sites located in street communities starting from July 1st. Residents who need to receive their shot can book through the “Jiankangyun” app to receive their vaccine at Luwan hospital subsidiary to Ruijin hospital at 182 Chongqing Nan Lu.

Jiading District

Temporary street community vaccine sites are suspended from July 1st.

As of the majority of Jiading residents have already received their vaccines, the district decided to discontinue vaccine trucks, vaccine medical teams, and temporary community vaccine sites. There will be one major vaccine site still operating.

Yangpu District

Temporary vaccine sites are suspended from July 1st.

Yangpu District decided to suspend temporary vaccine sites from July 1st. Residents who need to receive their shot can make an appointment before going to the major Yangpu district vaccine site at 350 Tongbei Lu.

 

Jing’An District

Temporary community vaccine sites are suspended from July 1st.

As the majority of residents have already received their vaccines, Jing’An district decided to suspend all the temporary community vaccine sites. Residents who need to receive their shot can make an appointment for their vaccine at Jing’An stadium at 116 Wenshui Lu.

Putuo District

Temporary street community vaccine sites are suspended from July 1st.

As the majority of residents have already received their vaccines, Putuo District decided to suspend all the temporary community vaccine sites. Residents who need to receive their vaccine can make an appointment through the “Jiankangyun” app for the vaccine site at 1 Ningchuan Lu, alley #53.  

 

Jinshan District

Temporary street community vaccine sites are suspended from July 1st.

As of the majority of Jinshan residents have already received their vaccines, the district decided to discontinue vaccine trucks, mobile vaccine medical teams, night vaccination medical teams, and temporary community vaccine sites. Residents who need to receive their shot can book through the “Jiankangyun” app.

 

Xuhui District

Temporary street community vaccine sites are closed from July 1st. 

Residents who need to receive their vaccine can visit either of Xuhui’s 2 major vaccination sites. 

 

Qingpu District

Temporary community vaccine sites will be suspended from July 1st . 

As the majority of residents have already received their vaccines (1,770,000) as of June 23rd, Qingpu district decided to close all the temporary street community vaccine sites. Starting from July 1st, residents who need to receive their vaccine can make an appointment before going to the Tiwen Center at 130 Huijin Lu.   

 

Minhang District

Temporary community vaccine sites are suspended from June 30th. 

As the majority of residents have already received their vaccines, Minhang district decided to close all the temporary community vaccine sites. Residents who need to receive their vaccine can make an appointment for the vaccination site at Minhang Stadium at 288 Qibaozhen Xinzhen Lu. 

Songjiang District

Temporary community vaccine sites are suspended from July 1st. 

As the majority of residents have already received their vaccines, Songjiang district decided to close all the temporary community vaccine sites. Residents who need to receive their vaccine can make an appointment for the vaccination site at Songjiang Stadium at 145 Rongle Zhong Lu.
