Shangri-La Hotels have organized a Shenzhen to Shanghai bicycle ride to raise money for a group of Guangxi villagers. Seven core riders will undergo the massive 3-week long, 2,000 kilometer bike race, and Shangri-La Hotels are gathering together riders to participate in much smaller scale charity races around several different cities along the big route. The last event on Dec. 7th will see a 20 km race around Suzhou from the railway station to the Suzhou Shangri-La Hotel, however, for the more extreme, riders can choose to follow the core riders on the 90 km journey to Shanghai. Sherpa’s will be represented, and we hope to see a big turnout!
