The final event of this year’s Chefs in The City charity group is taking place at Acqua & Farina on November 7th. Shanghai’s finest Italian chefs will delicately prepare five original dishes at the evening’s event including: Giuseppe Tino of Favola at Le Royal Méridien Shanghai; Riccardo Messina of Acqua e Farina; Corrado Michelazzo of VaBene Shanghai; Marco Busatti of Isola Shanghai; David Bassan of BOCCA-Shanghai.
