It’s our first vegetarian restaurant partner in Suzhou, and it’s a great one. We’re now working with He Cuisine, a truly international vegetarian restaurant. The Chinese owners have trained in Milan, Italy and bring an interesting mix of Chinese, Thai, Italian, and other Western vegetarian cuisines to the table. We really loved the chickpea burger for 39 rmb, the pumpkin salad with Swiss cheese for 35 rmb, and the tomato bruschetta for 21 rmb. You can’t really go wrong with any of the wonderful choices here.
