Tis the season for a little bit of extra training. We’re not leaving our original couriers out in the cold, but in order to ensure better service across the board,聽all Sherpa’s managers and call center聽staff have to make at least one delivery before the end of the year. Therefore, you may have some ‘unusual’ Sherpa’s couriers at your door. We’re talking聽delivery women,聽foreigners, and maybe even some foreign聽delivery women. Esc谩ndalo!
Our tips policy remains in place: tips are never expected, but all tips do remain directly with the courier.
