Singapore Cuisine Haocaitou was founded by a chef from Anhui way back in 1999. He had a passion to learn new cooking styles and techniques and worked with Singaporean colleagues to learn the secrets of traditional Singaporean food. His main target has always been to make great Singaporean food, and he pays close attention to the entire cooking process from the procurement of raw materials to the presentation of the final dishes. He maintains strict requirements for food quality control and often travels to Singapore for further studies. In 2016, Haocaitou opened a branch in SIP and it quickly became loved by Singaporeans, Malaysians, locals, and expats from across the globe!
新加坡好菜头餐厅是由一位安徽厨师于1999年创办的。他热衷于学习新的烹饪风格和技术，并与新加坡同事一起学习传统新加坡美食的秘密。他一直以制作新加坡美食为主要目标，从原材料的采购到最后菜肴的呈现，他都非常关注整个烹饪过程。他对食品质量控制保持着严格的要求，并经常前往新加坡深造。2016年，好彩头在苏州工业园区开设分店，迅速受到新加坡人、马来西亚人、当地人和来自世界各地的外籍人士的喜爱！
