In rural provinces, many children in high mountainous areas have been born with congenital heart disease due to possible hypoxia during the mother’s pregnancy. Medical Support aims to raise funds in order to conduct regular screenings and health education for local residents in these rural areas and also bring children to Shanghai for timely surgeries so they can grow healthily.
在偏远的高山地区，很多孩子因妈妈们怀孕时可能出现短暂性缺氧而导致出生后患有先天性心脏病。助医旨在为这些地区的当地居民开展常规的定期先心病筛查和科普教育，甚至是把这些需要做手术的孩子们带到上海，为他们做手术，让他们可以有一个健康的生活。
There are currently over 25,000 people suffering from disabilities in Changning and beyond Shanghai; Sunshine House of the Hongqiao Community is building a disabled-friendly facility to help individuals with various types of disabilities overcome hardships in employment, rehabilitation, and education. By raising funds for this initiative, we hope to bring convenience and allow them to experience better livelihoods as they integrate and build greater confidence in life.
目前，在长宁及上海以外地区有超过2万5千个持证残疾人。虹桥社区阳光之家正在建设残疾人友好设施，帮助各类残疾人克服就业、康复和教育方面的困难。通过为这项计划筹集资金，我们希望为他们的生活带来便利，帮助他们融入生活并重拾对生活的信心，经历更好的生活。
Education Support on the other hand is seeing the importance of nurturing positive characters, a healthy mentality and encouraging character development for both Children 5-12 years old, and opening the horizon of Youth 13-18 years old to enter into service-learning and community services through Character Education Programs. We wish to raise funds to serve those volunteer families to carry on the Spirit of Volunteerism and Character First to their children.
助学是看到品格教育项目在培育5-12岁的儿童和13-18岁的青少年积极的品格，健康的身心，并鼓励品格发展及社会工作实践的重要性。我们希望筹集到的善款能够帮助志愿者家庭，将志愿品格传承给他们的孩子。
