 Sherpa’s X La Coyota 

Founder Gabriela Fernandez is a chef with more than 25 years of international experience. After she arrived in China, Chef Gabriela created four different business projects in Shanghai: “El Mexicano”, “Mi Tierra Frozen Food”, “Mi Tierra Mexican Cuisine” and “Mi Tierra Official Mexican Restaurant during the Shanghai Expo 2010” additionally she had an important collaboration with “Maya Restaurant”. It was in 2013 when Gabriela decided to start her new adventure under the “La Coyota” name with the aim of satisfying the increasing demand for Mexican food in Shanghai.
