Pet Adoption Day at Abbey Road. Shanghai Animal Rescue will be at Abbey Road on February 27 with many adorable pets. Brunch will be served at Abbey Road, where 10% of the brunch proceeds will be donated to SAR.

From Feb 27 to May 9, Yuz will host the first solo exhibition of the Chinese artist Chen Fei, showing his still life creations since 2017. The “Morning Market” could be seen as the visualization of Chen Fei’s efforts in collecting, sorting and summarizing objects. Everything is carefully maneuvered by the brush to create a lively market, bringing a kaleidoscopic and folded world behind the still life.

Expect a relaxed yet eye-opening day with a healthy dose of hands-on work and a truly fresh, sustainable, meal. Our WildChina expert, Haena Kim, will take participants through key concepts around the ‘Organic Revolution’ in China, the basics of composting and a Farm to Table cooking workshop. After the workshops we finish up by sharing and connecting over our own consumption habits and stories about sustainability, and of course, best sustainable recipes!
