We’re back with another round of updates on Beijing’s coronavirus outbreak. An elementary student in Xicheng District tested positive for Nucleic acid test. 25 newly confirmed cases on 18th.
In order to control the spread of this new outbreak, three groups of people are forbidden to leave Beijing:
1. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, those who had been in contact with confirmed cases, asymptomatic patients, and people with a fever.
一是全市确诊病例、疑似病例、密切接触者、无症状感染者和有发热症状人员。
2. Those who had been to Xinfadi Market or had been in contact with Xinfadi workers since May 30th.
二是5月30日以来进出新发地批发市场和与市场工作人员有过密切接触的人员。
3. People living in ‘high’ risk areas.
1.Every residential area will have guards on duty 24/7 at the gates taking temperatures, checking health QR codes, and logging all entrants.
恢复所有小区卡口设置，实行24小时值守，出入口严格测温、查证、验码、登记。
2. Non-Beijingers who live in ‘low’ risk areas can enter residential areas if they posses a health QR code that shows no abnormalities. Non-Beijingers who live in ‘high’ risk areas and cars from ‘high’ risk areas are not allowed to enter any residential areas.
低风险街道所辖小区，外来人员持北京健康宝“未见异常”并登记后方可进入，中高风险街道所辖小区，外来人员及车辆禁止进入。
3. If a ‘medium’ risk area has two or more confirmed cases or a ‘high’ risk area has confirmed cases, the area will be evaluated to determine if the area will be completely locked down with all residents staying at home. Residents may return to their communities, but no one will be allowed to leave.
中风险地区小区同一单元出现两户以上单元、高风险地区发生疫情小区及经评估确有必要小区，进行封闭管理，所有人员需居家观察，只进不出。
4. People who had been in close contact with confirmed patients must undergo a 14 day quarantine and take two coronavirus tests. Recovered patients must stay under an additional 14 days of quarantine. Everyone who had been to Xinfadi Market since May 30th will undergo 14 days of quarantine and take a coronavirus test.
密切接触者一律实行14天集中观察并进行两次核酸检测；确诊后治愈出院患者，继续实行14天集中观察；对5月30日（含）以来前往过新发地市场的人员全部进行核酸检测并居家观察14天；对5月30日（含）以来前往过新发地市场的人员全部进行核酸检测并居家观察14天。
5. Anyone outside of Beijing with a fever will not be permitted entry.
境外及外省区市的发热症状患者等高风险人员，一律不得进京。
6. Neighborhood recreation, entertainment, and communal spaces are prohibited from hosting gatherings.
关闭小区内文体活动室、娱乐室等各类公共场所，禁止聚集性活动。
7. Non-residents are prohibited from entering ‘medium’ risk areas. Offices should reduce the number of people coming in and encourage remote working and working from home. Any companies with employees that test positive for coronavirus are required to immediately shut down.
中风险地区单位禁止外来人员进入，写字楼下调到岗率，鼓励远程办公和居家办公； 发生疫情的单位及场所经评估视情况停工停学停业。
8. People entering China through Beijing will be sent to a centralized quarantine location for 14 days of observation.
9. People returning to Beijing from ‘high’ risk areas are required to undergo a 14 day self quarantine at home and take a coronavirus test.
中高风险地区进（返）京人员进行14天居家或集中观察，实行核酸检测“应检尽检”。
10. Hotels are not allowed to accept guests who have returned to Beijing from ‘high’ risk areas within the last 14 days.
宾馆酒店不接受14天内从外省区市中高风险地区进（返）京人员入住。
1. All foreigners are denied entry into Beijing as of June 15th – FALSE
2. A confirmed case in Wuji County of Shijiazhuang, Hebei – FALSE
3. All eateries and catering services will be closed for 48 hours so all staff can be tested – FALSE
