Vieil Ami, meaning ‘old friend’ in French, focuses on crafting dishes via careful manipulation of temperature and time along with plenty of quality control. The owner is dedicated to the art of cooking and spent lots of time studying and preparing fine cuisine. The owner has also brought onboard a team of skilled chefs with rich experience at well-known restaurants. They work with a coffee company from Hong Kong to source top-quality beans for the perfect accompanient to a great meal. Enjoy gourmet dishes by day, and, when the night comes, there will also be great cocktails and music waiting for you in this cosy and welcoming space.
Vieil Ami（威勒尼），致力于制作和研发干净美味的西式菜品，由多年知名西餐厅烹饪经验的厨师控制品质，精确控制温度、时间、用量，选用新鲜优质食材，自制特色酱料，最大程度保留食物原有的香味。老板潜心研习西餐一年多，充分准备，开业就得到顾客好评和称赞，也因其好客，取名Vieil Ami 法语是老朋友的意思，发音又与”为了你”相近，所以中文名是”威勒尼”。餐厅又与香港专业咖啡豆及饮品公司合作，选用意大利诺瓦咖啡机，一杯香浓拿铁不容错过。夜幕降临，Vieil Ami特调的的鸡尾酒，伴随着动听的音乐期待您的光临。
They’ve recently started offering their large 18-inch pizza for delivery, but you’ll have to swing by their location at United Life Plaza, room #02052, building #1, 16 Weizheng Lu to score one of their 20-inch monster pizzas. They’re literally too big to fit in their pizza delivery boxes!
