With the weather heating up pretty fast and summer solstice presenting us with the longest day of the year, we thought what better place to celebrate than one of Beijing’s rooftop bars. It was not easy (a lot of choices) but we managed to pick out three that are definitely worth a visit over the next few weeks, or in one night if you feel like it.
Terrazza Martini
Brought to you by the largest privately owned spirits company in the world, Barcadi, this slick tropic lounge has easily become one of the most iconic terrace bars in Beijing. Despite the elaborately swish settings, it’s not as overpriced as you might expect with martini cocktail prices between 50RMB and 80RMB, and beers starting at 30 RMB.

Yun Summer Lounge
Yun Summer Lounge is now open to watch the sunset while sipping on some spectacular drinks mixed by expert bartenders. Catch incredible views of the modern city in the comfort of its traditional furnishings, a match of Chinese chic and contemporary minimalism.
15th Floor, Peninsula Beijing
Unico
Located at the top of the Topwin Center, despite being only the 5th floor you can still expect some fantastic views. This upscale and stylish gastro-lounge is by no means a cheap night out but the quality of drinks, service and settings certainly make it all worth it.
