With over 10 years of restaurateur experience in Shanghai, Eduardo Vargas has seen and done something of everything. Everything except for Italian that is. Well, the times are changing. His newest venture, Porcellino, is serving up Italian homestyle classics like their speciality slow-cooked Porchetta Panini (Porcellino means ‘piglet’ after all), Meatball Risotto, Carbonara Spaghetti, and 10-inch Pizzas. They’re only available for delivery between 11:00 and 15:00, so while you can satisfy your lunch cravings in the office, you’ll have to swing by for a dine-in dinner in their cozy spot right outside of the Jiangsu Lu metro station.
