Did you watch in horror as shop after shop on the stretch of Shaanxi Nan Lu between Fuxing Zhong Lu and Yongjia Lu were bricked up? Apparently, one of the higher-ups thought that having delicious restaurants and bars next to a college was somehow a bad idea. When our go-to spot for heavenly Cantonese, Dim Sum Garden, was closed, we were devastated. We shed some tears and chalked it up to the nature of Food & Beverage here in town. Then a few days ago, we heard the great news. Dim Sum Garden is all set up and ready to go in a new spot on Baoqing Lu. We’ll be taking deliveries for them again soon.
