August Moneyback Monday

We welcome everyone to participate in our Moneyback Monday giveaways! In case you’ve been living under a rock, the first Monday of every month we have a ton of free stuff to bestow upon our customers. Simply order with us on the first Monday of the month, and fill out our feedback form for your chance to win. This time, everyone who participated won a prize. Our Marketing Director, Zoe Clarke, wants to thank all participants –
Dear Moneyback Monday Players,

Thanks for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. None of you are losers! We had more prizes than contestants this month so expect an email from our new marketing assistant, Young Fu, if you have not already received one.

This month we were super-fast, except for two of you who experienced delays. My own order from the Pantry today arrived in 22 minutes and was the best tasting bagel from them so far. Three Moneyback Monday customers ordered from the Pantry and gave their feedback about the delicious food. Try it!

Only two of you ordered by phone this month, now we are averaging over 80% online orders.  One of you commented how you could order in under a minute –we are trying to make it even faster.  We got a lot of comments about reviews, favourites, delivery fees, and various other filters for the website improvements –all have been incorporated into the new designs, now we are busy building it.

Fortune Cookie got a shout-out for their amazing packaging –proper American Style Chinese, it’s all in the details! We also got two requests for orders to be bagged –this one is under consideration and will be discussed in our next management meeting. We also got some feedback about our soup bags –the gross-looking yellow things –also under consideration. Guess which side I’m on!

We had some website address problems –showing home address when office had been clicked. This was due to our website being reset at that time –sorry about that!

Lots of feedback about our super-friendly, fast-change-giving delivery dudes. They have improved remarkably. My guy today had the biggest grin on his face, it made me smile -they know which side their bread is buttered on!

We had a nice comment about our new, mobile-friendly website –thanks again, ShanghaiAppMaker.com.

One of you got a hand-written bill. No funny business was going on there, just one of our partner restaurants had a fax machine problem, you know who you are, Dos Locos! Our GPRS printers for restaurants will fix that sometime next year.

We had a food name and food photo not matching issue again. We thought that had been fixed but apparently not, wrists have been slapped and we are working on it now.

And finally, favourite quote from this round, ‘I would be starving and sober without you!’
