SwissCham Shanghai in collaboration with the International Gourmet Club, Swiss Club and CieCAS is organizing the 3rd Bits and Drips event on Saturday, May 20. Enjoy a gourmet experience of food and drinks around the world with fantastic F&B brands – some very healthy for body and some important for the soul! Watch professional chefs in action, get engaged, and learn from them. Create and/or decorate nice dishes, taste and try many exciting and wonderful products. A fantastic experience!

The whole CieCAS center (over 750 square meters) will feature food and beverage demonstrations and product displays. You can learn, taste and enjoy food created from scratch, modified and finished products. Products include ice cream, cookies, wine, beer, cheese, honey, tempeh, smoothies and wellness beverages, sausages, pasta with sauces and condiments, and much more.There will also be canapés and a welcome drink.

整个CieCAS中心场地（逾750平方米）将以食品饮料类产品展示为主题，设有多家品牌商精美展台。在现场，您可以学习、品尝和感受食品的制作工艺、起源以及最终出品，包括冰淇淋、饼干、葡萄酒、啤酒、奶酪、蜂蜜、调味品、香肠、意大利面酱等。同时，我们也将为现场来宾准备欢迎小食和饮品。
