Chef & Owner Sam was born in 1986 in Monterrey, Mexico. He worked as a chef in his hometown for 10 years before he met a Chinese girl and fell in love in 2015. They quickly married and then decided to settle in China. Now Sam is dedicated to preparing authentic Mexican cuisine for foodies in China! He also experiments with using domestic spices and flavours to create exciting new fusion dishes.
