About Delivery Fee 关于运费

Sherpa’s will charge 5% of the product price as a fee when purchasing products from T-Mall or Taobao via our Shopping Guide Platform Services. Shipping fees are dependent on what you purchase and from which vendor you purchase. Goods from Taobao feature no shipping fee under normal circumstances while delivery from The Bottle Shop by Sherpa’s costs ¥15 for 1-2 bottles of wine and ¥6 for each additional bottle.

About Delivery Time 送达时间

Delivery times vary according to the e-commerce partner. Products will normally take 1-7 days although during peak periods like Singles’ Day (11-11) goods may take longer than normal to arrive.

There’s no need to muddle your way through Chinese booking apps any more – after purchasing through the Sherpa’s App you’ll receive a booking number or QR Code, then just find one of the self-service kiosks in the cinema and print your tickets!
