斯坦的武术生涯始于2001年，自19岁开始就同自由搏击世界冠军一起参与训练和协助授课！他拥有12年跆拳道，拳击和泰拳的授课经验，并有超过6年的功能性训练和健身训练的经验。自2014年开始斯坦开始居住于上海，以其激昂人心和励志的态度闻名于一对一或团队训练中!
