National Meteorological Center predicts that on August 4, howling winds and rainstorm will grip Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. Heavy rain to rainstorm will pound southeastern Jiangsu, Shanghai, and central-eastern Zhejiang. Heavy downpour will lash northeastern Zhejiang. Scale will reach 6-8 in eastern Zhejiang, southeastern Jiangsu, and Shanghai. Gust can reach scale 9-10 in coastal regions of Zhejiang, southern Jiangsu and Shanghai, Hangzhou Gulf, and western East China Sea.

From August 4 to 7, eastern Northwest China, central-southern North China, and Huanghuai Region will usher a heavy rainfall process. In the next 3 days, shower or thunderstorm will frequent Northeast China, western Sichuan Basin, and South China. There will be severe convective weather like short-range heavy rainfall. (Aug.4)

China’s national observatory issued a yellow alert for Typhoon Hagupit, which is expected to bring gales and torrential rains to south China.
Some reasonable measures against typhoon.
1. Remember keeping windows and doors closed;
