In case you’re behind in foodie news, elEfante’s been putting out a food truck every weekend serving up gourmet eats from international guest chefs. This weekend, they’re bringing two Bund-side chefs together in downtown Xuhui: Carlos Sotomayor from el Willy and Abel Matos from Unico. They’ve put together a six-course Peruvian brunch featuring “street syle” ceviche, BBQ beef skewers, cilantro rice with duck confit, and more.
