As one of the most celebrated Middle Eastern restaurants in Shanghai, Eli Falafel has finally come to Fucheng Lu in Pudong! The new venue is located in the Lujiazui business district, next to Binjiang Park, a quiet place in the middle of the financial center.

After a long period of preparation, he finally fulfilled his childhood dream of being a chef in his second hometown. Eli Falafel started business as a mobile stall in Jiashan Market, but quickly become a permanent booth with long lines. The growing popularity led to the opening of the first Eli Falafel on Wulumuqi Zhong Lu in July of 2017. A year and a half later, a second Eli Falafel came along, with even more authentic Lebanese flavours and a more refined Middle Eastern feel. The distinctive green watercress design comes from the main ingredient of the owner’s most proud signature dish “Farafay”- watercress, which is the inspiration for all the patterns in the shop. The shop is full of Middle Eastern style; everything from the wall decorations to the canteens were brought back from Lebanon by the owner.
Eli Falafel开始是上海嘉善老市的流动小摊，谁知成了大排长龙的常驻摊位。越来越多的认可,让2017年7月诞生了第一家Eli Falafel（乌鲁木齐中路294号）。一年半后，第二家应运而生，一样正宗的黎巴嫩风味，更加精致的中东风情。招牌显眼的绿色豆瓣，来自老板最自豪招牌菜“法拉费”中的主要食材—豆瓣，店里随处可见的花纹都以它为灵感创作。店里十足中东风情，从墙面装饰到水壶，可都是老板从黎巴嫩背回来的哦。
